How does your 90-day satisfaction guarantee work?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your lessons and to have enough time to make sure they work for you. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact Pianote Support within 90 days of your original purchase to request a refund.
If you purchased a membership or pack that included any physical bonuses, the value of hard goods that were shipped to you will be deducted from your refund. If your hard copy goods are still unopened, you can send the parcel back to our Musora Shipping Department. Once it is received back in our shipping department, the remainder of your refund will be issued.
Note: Particular products such as our semester-based 26-week guided courses are non-refundable purchases and are not subject to the 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
