Why am I getting a Browser Error on my lesson?

If you experience this error message, it is because your browser or device may not support our new video player.We occasionally find students run into this error on iPads or Macbooks using certain browsers.

 This can usually be resolved by turning on our legacy player HERE, or by going to Settings in your sidebar and selecting the "Settings tab, and scrolling all the way to the bottom and turning the "Would you like to use our legacy video player?" toggle to "ON":
