Why haven't I received my order?

Our estimated shipping times are generally 5-10 business days for the Contiguous US, 10-15 business days for Canada, and 4-8 weeks for International orders.

If your international shipment is taking longer than expected, check your tracking number to see if the shipment is going through your country's customs process - this can sometimes take a while.
