Can I cancel and refund my subscription halfway through?

If you are within 90 days of your purchase of a subscription and are not satisfied with your lessons, please get in touch with us HERE for assistance with a refund.

If you are outside the 90-day window and unhappy with your lessons, head over to your Access page within your settings and let us know how we can help you out.

You can cancel your subscription at any point before your next renewal to keep from being charged again. 

We recommend students do this a few days before their renewal date, so our system has time to register the change. 

If you find you have been charged after your cancellation, please contact us so we can process your refund right away.
