How do I stop my membership from renewing?

If you'd like to cancel your membership subscription renewal, follow the steps outlined below.
If you purchased your membership through the Pianote App, you can find the cancellation steps at the bottom of this page.
If your membership was purchased on www.Pianote.com, follow the steps below to cancel your membership.
Step 1: Click your Profile icon at the top right, and then select "Settings" from the Menu. Then, select "Account Details"
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the option to "Cancel"
Step 3: Fill out the questionnaire, then click "Cancel Membership" again to confirm the submission.
Step 4: Once this is complete, you will see a red banner across your profile that confirms the cancellation.
If you do not see the cancellation option in your settings, or you suspect it's a billing issue, please contact our Support Team so they can help.
