What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, all of our digital products are eligible for a refund under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee policy unless otherwise specified. You can find more information on the 90-day satisfaction guarantee HERE!
We accept returns on all physical items that are unused and unopened in sellable condition. You can ship them back to our Musora Shipping Department, and once we receive the items and verify that they are unopened and unused, we will issue you a refund.

Note: If you request a refund for a purchased bundle that includes physical items, the cost of the physical items will be deducted from your refund. These items are also eligible to ship back for a full refund as long as they are unopened and unused in sellable condition.
